Pricing
Cobflow’s core licence is available for a fixed annual fee and it enables full access to all Cobflow features for up to 5 users. Users can also add funds to their account wallet at any time to spend on optional features pay-as-you-go basis.

- The core licence includes £1,000 in Cobflow credits, which you can use flexibly across the platform.
* This pricing applies to government, voluntary and academic sector clients. For enterprises and private sector organisations, the Core Licence is priced at £19,900 / year.
Adding funds to your account to use on pay-as-you-go features
Funds can be added to your account’s wallet at any time. Wallet funds can be used for all optional features on a discretionary pay-as-you-go and are non-refundable.
Discount tiers
Based on the level of funds added to a user’s wallet over the previous 12 months, an automatic discount is applied to all AI automation tasks:
- £4,950 or above: 10% discount
- £9,950 or above: 20% discount
- £44,950 or above: 30% discount

Additional information on services
We offer both direct delivery of consultation analyses as well as expert support and advice. Workflow tasks our team can provide include:
- End-to-end delivery, from consultation questionnaire design and stakeholder engagement to data collation, analysis and reporting.
- Qualitative coding of responses and creating codebooks for thematic analysis.
- Analysis of quantitative questions, including generating summary tables and report appendices.
- Drafting reports summarising key findings from the consultation, including the most common or insightful themes raised across stakeholder groups, including non-technical executive summaries and easy-to-understand data visualisations.
